TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions for using the website www.visamoldova.com apply to all orders for purchasing products/services offered by EMG-CONSULTING GROUP through the website. For proper use of the website, we recommend carefully reading these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to modify these provisions without prior notice.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

This site is owned by EMG-CONSULTING GROUP. By placing an order in the online store, the Buyer accepts the Terms and Conditions for the sale of goods/products and/or provision of services based on the legislation of the Republic of Moldova (hereinafter referred to as Terms and Conditions) as outlined below.

Using the website implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions proposed by EMG-CONSULTING GROUP, in accordance with Law No. 284/2004 on Electronic Commerce. The relationship between the client and the seller is governed by Law No. 105/2003 on Consumer Rights Protection and other applicable regulatory acts.

The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, and the Buyer is responsible for checking updates.

2. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

By using www.visamoldova.com, you automatically agree to the collection and processing of personal data necessary for processing/confirmation/execution of orders.

Personal data is processed only for legitimate purposes such as delivering the products you order, promotions, Google Analytics, cookies, and newsletter notifications.

All information containing personal data is stored and used only for the period required to achieve the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with Law No. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data.

We use commercial security measures to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure proper use of the information on the site. Data transmission over the internet or wireless networks cannot be fully secured. Therefore, like other companies, we cannot guarantee the complete security of the information you provide, and you do so at your own risk.

3. ORDER REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

Orders can be paid using a payment card — upon receipt, you will be issued a fiscal receipt confirming the payment.

Online payment is made with maximum security using a payment card that allows online transactions. After completing the payment, you will receive a payment confirmation by email.

The payment processor uses a secure system based on the latest version of the 3D-Secure security standard, which ensures a global approach to secure online transaction authentication. This security measure redirects the user during payment to a secure maib page, where authentication is done by assigning a one-time code for each transaction.

Refunds are issued only to the card used for the purchase.

To complete a payment, you will need to enter your bank card details. The transfer of this information is carried out in compliance with all necessary security measures. The data is encrypted and stored only on the payment system's specialized server.

4. SERVICE DELIVERY

After order registration, the buyer will receive information about the estimated delivery date of the service via online communication.

No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Upon receipt, please check the integrity of the package and the presence of the fiscal receipt in the presence of the courier. Subsequent claims regarding these aspects will not be accepted.

5. RETURN POLICY

According to Law No. 105-XV of March 13, 2013, on Consumer Rights Protection, the Buyer has the right to return the purchased product/item for specific reasons within 14 days of the payment date. Refunds are issued to the same card used for the purchase.

Sample products or services cannot be returned or exchanged, according to Annex No. 2 of Government Decision No. 1465 of 08.12.2003 (MO248-253/19.12.2003), amended by Government Decision No. 1188 of 02.11.2007 (MO175/09.11.2007).

Processing time for return requests: 14 days

Return conditions: Returns are accepted only if the service was not delivered within the agreed time due to the Company’s fault. If the client was denied a visa for Moldova, the Company refunds 20% of the paid service cost.

6. PRIVACY POLICY

In accordance with Law No. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data, the service provider processes personal data in good faith, based on and in compliance with legal provisions. Data is processed by mixed means (automatic and manual), respecting legal requirements and ensuring data security, confidentiality, and user rights protection.

The provider collects and processes only the personal data provided by consumers when placing an order: name, surname, phone number, address, postal address.

The data is used exclusively for website administration, granting access to specific content, fulfilling orders, or contacting the consumer regarding delivery. By using the site, users and consumers acknowledge that their personal data (name, surname, phone number, address, postal address) will be processed and used. This applies to data submitted via browsing, using, and registering on www.visamoldova.com.

Any information provided by users and consumers will be considered and will represent explicit consent for the provider to use their personal data.

The provider will not disclose any personal data to third parties without the user's consent and will not sell, trade, or share such data with others, except as required by law (requests from public authorities, law enforcement, courts, and other authorized institutions).

Personal data may also be used for statistical analysis and promotional purposes.

The provider ensures compliance with data security standards and protects consumer data from being lost, destroyed, distorted/falsified, or disclosed to third parties.

Employees of the provider are obligated to respect the confidentiality of consumers' personal data. Processing will be done only by authorized persons.

The provider does not collect transaction data such as card number, expiration date, or country of origin.
